Wide Spray Tungsten carbide

These quality Wide Spray Tungsten carbide liners / inserts are designed / made to fit into a number of popular sandblasting cabinet guns & suction guns. These inserts come is two versions. Type 1. has an O.D. of 7/8" (22.2mm)  and Type 2. has a 3/4" O.D.  Please see individual inserts for complete dimensions.   Our Tungsten carbide TCI and TCT  series inserts,  feature a straight bore with wide spray exit for wider blast pattern.  Tungsten carbide is a tough material that is well suited for use in blast cleaning guns since a part of the nozzle is exposed.  Tungsten carbide provides a longer work life than either ceramics or steel,  it is a great choice of liner material for blast cleaning set ups where insert could be subject to impact.   All our quality products are shipped from our facility outside Chicago, Illinois.
