Description
Super carbide deflector tip.
Deflector tips are high wear components in Hollo-Blast type, pipe cleaning tools. This long life carbide deflector tip with its superior wear properties, lasts longer when compared to boron carbide, silicon nitride and tungsten carbide deflector tips. The special profile on this tip deflects abrasive out & away from tool towards inner walls of pipe. Works on Hollo blast style machines that blast clean pipes with I.D. between 2" to 12" I.D.
*** Super carbide has superior wear properties when compared with boron carbide.**
(Not for smaller Hollo blast type units, used typically to clean pipes with an I.D. ranging between 0.75" to 2.00 ).
