Wide Spray Boron Carbide

These quality Wide Spray Boron carbide liners / inserts are designed / made to fit into a number of popular sandblasting cabinet guns & suction guns. Insert has an O.D. of 7/8" (22.2mm) and a longer length than the standard BCI insert.  Our Boron carbide BCI series inserts, feature a straight bore with wide spray exit for a wider blast pattern for cleaning small parts. Boron carbide is a superior wear resisting material that works well with agressive abrasives like aluminum oxide however boron carbide is more brittle than tungsten carbide and should be handled / used with care.  Offering a longer wear life than Tungsten carbide,  ceramics or steel it is a great choice for blast cleaning set ups where insert is not subjected to impact or banging and where abrasives like aluminum oxide are being used. Availabe in two bore sizes,  5/16" and  3/8".  All our quality products are shipped from our facility outside Chicago, Illinois.
