Pipe Cleaning Nozzles/Parts

Pipe cleaning nozzles are used both on outer and inner surfaces of pipes.

One of the most difficult blast cleaning operations is the internal bore of a pipe/tube. Pipes come in a many different I.D.'s from small e.g. 1/2" I.D. to many feet wide.  There are different machines available for doing cleaning work on the large bores. Nearly all these machines  are expensive and difficult to maintain.  We can help with some of the maintenance cost by having available a number of replacement carbide wear parts. In some cases the I.D. of a tube is so small that it is difficult to find a nozzle small enough to fit the I.D. We may be able to help with our lance style nozzles that have a small O.D. Please see our MAC 4 nozzles to see if these will work with your application.
